Hayah West is located in the Sheikh Zayed area (the exact address will be shared soon).
In the school year 2022-2023, Hayah West will start with Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Grades 1-2. If we find enough interest in grade 3, we will open classes in that grade also. Upper grade levels will be added on an annual basis and the target is to have all grade levels by the academic year 2032-2033.
Hayah West will be an extension to Hayah East in terms of academic programs and management
Hayah values teachers’ qualities and qualifications that are aligned with the standards of the school, regardless of nationality. Nonetheless, a mix of local and foreign teachers is employed to expose students to diverse cultures and teaching styles.
The admission process will be launched on November 21st through the Hayah West website, at that time you can apply directly online by completing the application form and booking a date and time for your parent interview and child’s admission assessment. The admission team will call you to confirm your appointment and answer any inquiries you may have. The assessment fee is paid on the assessment day and is non-refundable.
Applications are accepted starting November 21st and are ongoing throughout the year as long as vacancies are available.
A student applying for admission to Hayah must submit the following documents:
– A completed application form.
– Two recent passport size photographs.
– Copy of a computer-generated birth certificate (Egyptian students)/copy of the passport (non-Egyptian students only).
– Copy of both parent identifications.
– Copy of academic end of year report for the past two years (students applying for grades 1-3)
– Copy of behavior reference letter from the student’s current school (students applying for grades 1 and 2)
All applicants are assessed across different subject areas. Assessments vary according to age and grade level to ensure the student is developmentally and academically aligned with Hayah’s expectations .
– Early childhood: Language, numeracy, problem solving, motor and conceptual skills.
– Grades 1 – 3: Language arts and math

The assessment is designed to ensure that the applicant will fit comfortably in the targeted grade level according to the criteria and standards.
Yes, upon parent request and with the understanding that upon passing the assessment the student will be placed on a waiting list pending an opening in the required grade.
Tuition fees will be available as soon as the admission season opens next week.
The school campus is currently undergoing major architectural work to be able to align with Hayah east campus and to prepare for opening in 2022-2023. An open day will be organized in December to give parents the opportunity to visit the site. As admission assessments will take place on the West campus, parents will be able to see the school campus on their appointed day.
The school campus is well equipped with a purpose-built theater, a large sports hall, outdoor semi-Olympic swimming pool, a full-size football pitch with a running track, five multipurpose hard courts, gymnastics floors, clinics, a library, science labs, art and music rooms, and digital learning facilities. A separate gated building, playground and mini-swimming pool is designated for early childhood.
